You will have read PA's information about it's processes and facilities. You will have emailed your poems and after appraisal of your work you will have received an acceptance email.
So your poems were read by the appraiser and qualified your work to fit PA's criteria and approved acceptance of your writing and for it to be included in the forth coming anthology. Your work is in the queue for publication at this point it is not entered into the digital file, until the typesetting time.
In the meantime, we will process your name, address and any CV/Bio you send us along with a passport size photo of you.
A digital file is created for you and included in the central list. Once the folder has been created, all the work and information you submit is stored there.
Your name is inducted to the central list that is used - in books and other social media.
Your photo will be used to welcome you publicly in social media along side the book cover. This will be used on all that is in place currently, such as FB page, Blog page, Website and posts/articles.
Your email will be included in the mail-out list - you will receive PA mail-outs, as and when.
Penny Authors Anthology is an annual one - we aim to release it in summer, August period and deadline in May.
Your work is included with other poets of all abilities and level.
From 2022 issues, no names of the poets will be included with their work in the main body of the book. Names will be listed separately. This is to promote "Penny Authors," collectively so that readers read the poems with an open mind. To read the "universal life experiences," that contain in the book without knowing who wrote them, no background of the writer by their name.To read and feel the experiences without the ethnic, cultural and religious background - except whatever is in the work.
